My Personal Experience:
After a nasty crash kept me off the bike for a while last year \ud83d\ude05
Now I wear body armor (at least back protection) on every ride \ud83c\udfcd\ufe0f
Sometimes I feel it\u2019s a bit of luck and superstition \ud83d\ude02
Even on a chill ride with my dad wearing full armor, it might be over the top \ud83d\ude0e

The shirt-with-pads design always keeps a layer of fabric between your skin and anything that could cause itching \u2728
But since it\u2019s an integrated shirt with pads, it can get hot and sweaty on summer rides \ud83d\udd25
The good news is the pads are easily removable and simple to wash \ud83d\udca7 <\/p>

Between the pads and the rider, there\u2019s a layer of moisture-wicking fabric that cushions the chest and back for extra comfort \ud83d\udee1\ufe0f
These fabric layers can also be removed and washed whenever you want \ud83c\udf2c\ufe0f<\/p>

A common issue with other body armor designed the same way is that it\u2019s hard to adjust or has no adjustment at all \ud83d\ude05
Loose armor feels insecure and increases chafing \ud83d\ude16
It also makes temperature control worse since the pads lift off your body, giving that cold, sweaty back feeling \u2744\ufe0f
But G-Form solved this perfectly with elastic straps on the sides that wrap around your chest and torso \ud83d\udcaa
You can easily tighten or loosen them with buckles, staying secure all day \ud83c\udfcd\ufe0f <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

For impact protection, the MX MTB Spike uses G-Form\u2019s RE ZRO pads. <\/strong> \ud83d\udee1\ufe0f
These purple pads are lightweight, flexible, and sustainable, biodegradable and recyclable \u267b\ufe0f
Not the lightest armor out there, but the weight is reasonable for the protection \ud83d\udcaa <\/p>

The pads are certified for back protection Level 2 and chest Level 1 according to EN 1621 standards.
Coverage is excellent\u2014the back isn\u2019t too narrow and the chest isn\u2019t too long, giving a perfect balance between protection and freedom of movement \ud83d\udd25 <\/p>

The pads are flexible and super comfortable, with excellent adjustable fit and extra padding on the shoulders. <\/strong>
The result: an incredible feeling of security and comfort \ud83d\ude0e <\/p>

If I\u2019m being honest, the back protection could extend a bit lower, as some of the lower back remains exposed \ud83d\udcad <\/p>

The price is around \u00a3220, but it reflects the quality of the armor. <\/strong>
There are thoughtful extras like elastic ties on the shoulders to secure a neck brace \ud83c\udfcd\ufe0f<\/p>

Honestly, it\u2019s hard to find any flaws with the MX MTB Spike.
The lack of pockets is a bit annoying, especially if you need to store small items while riding \ud83e\udd37\u200d\u2642\ufe0f
But on most rides, I\u2019ve gotten used to going without them \ud83d\ude80 <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
